CASHIERS

Job Summary

  • The Cashier is mainly responsible in accepting guest payments and processes each transaction accurately in accordance with company policies. Also performs the tasks of a Server when deemed necessary.

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably with work experience gained from a fast food or restaurant. Familiar in using a POS machine.

  • College graduate in Hotel and Restaurant Management/Services or Food and Beverage Services or the equivalent course.

  • Can communicate effectively and confidently.

  • With a high sense of value for customer service.

DELIVERY RIDERS

Job Summary

  • The Delivery Rider is responsible in delivering food orders placed through phone within the required time ensuring the product quality standards are maintained until arrival to destination.

Job Qualifications

  • At the least with (2) years work experience as a motorized rider in a fast food/restaurant or messengerial company.

  • Has either a vocational diploma, short course certificate or college level.

  • Holder of a professional driver license (restriction 1 and 2).

  • Familiar with Metro Manila roads including alternate routes.

DINING STAFF

Job Summary

  • The Dining Staff is responsible in welcoming guests, taking orders and serving meals, clearing tables then setting them up for new arrivals. Providing a dining experience that meets guest expectations.

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably with work experience gained from a fast food or restaurant.

  • College level in Hotel and Restaurant Management/Services, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Services or the equivalent course.

KITCHEN STAFF

Job Summary

  • The Kitchen Staff is responsible in the preparation and cooking of food items following the standards of the recipe in terms of quality and presentation.

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably with work experience in the food preparation and cooking gained from a fast food or restaurant.

  • College level in Hotel and Restaurant Management/Services, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Services or the equivalent course.

  • Able to perform multi tasking in a prompt and efficient manner without sacrificing the standards of operations.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEES

Job Summary

  • The Management Trainee assists the Restaurant Manager in the supervision of the daily activities of the restaurant particularly in the areas of staffing, stocks and supplies, inventory and floor management.

Job Qualifications

  • College degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management/ Tourism/ Food and Beverage Services/ Business Management or the equivalent course.

  • Able to lead a group, motivating staff to achieve operational goals.
